Q: Can I get products English use manual before order them? A:we don’t have all English use manual ,and we are still translating somr of them into English. we will send Chinese use manual to you first to let you know it’s quality and some of the picture.
We are sure that we must send you English use manual after you place the order.
Q.: Can I print or customize (OEM) the packing of the product?
A.: Yes, you can customize your logo print / paint on the package, or make a label which print your logo stick on box, inside contents is plain, and each content do not show original country. We may charge you some printing fee.
Q.: How can I get samples promptly?
A.: You can contact our representative via email, fax, or phone to specify the sample you need and provide your courier (as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) account number, and we'll send samples through your courier by freight collect. For oversea customers, sample value under USD5.00 normally free of charge. As a courtesy, your express airmail charges and samples charges can refund from 1st order.
Q: if the package has been broken when I get the products ,how can I do?
A: if you meet such a problem ,pls don’t worry . Just call your local express company or shipping company to tell them the truth but don’t touch or open any package .And we will also call our local shipping company to check . They will g, ive both you and us a report to solve this problem.
Q:why it’s better to use a more safe package?
A: in our long time business with other kindly dealers,we find some of them are worry about the products package because they have some bad experience of other chinese supplyer. Q:about returned goods:
A.:All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by W&P within 7 days of date received by the customer.

• Returned products are subject to a 50% restocking charge
• All returned goods must have Return Authorization Number
• All returned goods must be shipped prepaid
• All authorized returns must be received by W&P in original packaging, accessories, documentation and in original condition for credit considerations
• All outbound repair / warranty freight charges are the responsibly of the customer.
• No returns accepted after 14 days.
Q:about cancel order:
A.:If you cancel your purchase for any reason within 3 days from date of your payment, we’ll refund your purchase price minus bank transfer costs and less a 15% re-stocking fee.
Q:What’s the meaning of delivery time?
A: thank you for your attention on our delivery time .
As you can see the delivery time is 25-30 work days on every W&P price list . pls be note ,the delivery days means after we received your money. And when you transfer the money through your bank, it doesn’t mean we receive immediately. It will take about 3-4 work days for us to receive.
And if you transfer the money with wrong company name or wrong company bank account ,it will take 7-8 work days for our bank to inform us , and then we will send the email to you to correct it. It also takes 7-8days to correct. So when you make a bank transfer ,pls pay your attention .
Q:If I transfer the money with wrong number or wrong number ,what should I do?
A: Take it easy.
when you transfer the money through your bank, it doesn’t mean we receive immediately. It will take about 3-4 work days for us to receive.
And if you transfer the money with wrong company name or wrong company b, ank account ,it will take 7-8 work days for our bank to inform us , and then we will send the email to you to correct it. It also takes 7-8days to correct. So when you make a bank transfer ,pls pay your attention .
